We’re a local family with deep roots in the beautiful village of Hartley Wintney, and after spending time in other places, we felt a strong pull to come back home. This village has always meant so much to us, the familiar faces, the sense of belonging, and the warmth of a true community. We wanted to create something that reflected all of that: a space where everyone feels welcome, conversations flow easily, and good food brings people together.

Bryon’s is named after our beloved beagle, Bryon, who we rescued and gave the chance to live his life surrounded by love and care. His gentle, loving nature and endless enthusiasm for life inspired both our name and our logo. Just like him, our café is all about joy, warmth, and togetherness.
